BA (hons) BASRT (Assoc), MAC, APPPAH Rachel Foux is an international expert on sex, love and relationships in pregnancy and beyond. She specializes in delivering factual and fun sex education as well as holistic therapy to parents (or parents to be) on how to sustain and maintain a fulfilling intimate relationship. Founder of Household Companion, Rachel passionately believes that we all deserve a little helping hand when it comes to intimacy and her Couple Coaching Service, Coffee Mornings for Mums and her Lessons in Love for Gentlemen have proven to be an outstanding success. Rachel has fifteen years plus experience in sexual health, trained by Relate as a psychosexual therapist and with an educational background in tantra, counselling and healing; she now practices as a sexual educator, relationship coach and author. Rachel has worked extensively with consultant Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London’s prestigious Harley Street clinics, NHS trust birthing units and National Childbirth Trust (NCT) providing support and talks on sex, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal issues, including recovery from traumatic deliveries. She also lectures at University and International Conferences on her specialist topic, Sex Education in Pregnancy. As an sex and relationship expert, Rachel frequently contributes worldwide to editorial content as well as writing features, academic papers and her two books: New Mums Guide to Sex and Masterclass Pregnant Sex.She is also a founding member of BASE (British Association of Sexual Educators) and has a regular column on sextoys.co.uk.
