What is the role of a Household Companion Branch Leader?
- Provide relevant education and information to support mums with their sexual and relationship health in your community.
- Encourage pelvic floor exercises with up to date resources.
- Create safe, regular meeting place for mums to confidentially discuss relationship and sexual concerns.
- Network with local health visitors, midwives, gp’s, physiotherapists and antenatal teachers.
- Host informative talks and workshops, from relevant speakers relating to sexual health, for both parents and health professionals.
- Become an invaluable resource within your community.
- Create a link from your community to the National Household Companion resources.
