Motivated by her own experience, Rachel has co-created a short
self-defence workshop along with martial arts instructor Rob Grant, aimed at
developing practical, physical and psychological self defence skills for
every day situations.
Our 4 hour training offers women of all ages, an introduction to effective
techniques of self defence. We aim to raise awareness about personal safety,
increase self-confidence and empower you, body and mind, to believe that you
can defend yourself against attack.
You will learn....

We use realistic role plays, which include simple strikes practiced at full
force to pads and verbal training techniques. You do not need to be fit to
learn self defence, as we will work with your ability and have fun along the
way.
Rachel and Rob combine their backgrounds to offer a safe space to develop
techniques that could one day save your life or the life of
another.
