Terms and conditions of usage of Household Companion Ltd. Please read carefully.

Age Of Consent

• By purchasing products from Household Companion Ltd you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community.
• If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Household Companion Ltd has the right to refuse your order.

Contract Formation

• Orders made through Household Companion Ltd are subject to acceptance and availability. Household Companion Ltd may choose at any time to cancel your order.
• No contract will officially exist between yourself and Household Companion Ltd until your parcel has been dispatched.
• Household Companion provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
• Your credit card is charged in the name of our company Household Companion Ltd ('PAYPAL' HOUSEHOLD C)

Booking and Payment Policy

• A minimum of 25% deposit is required to secure your coaching date and location.
• Your Coaching session is not confirmed until your deposit is received. Household Companion Ltd reserves the right to cancel your appointment at any time while your Coaching deposit is outstanding.
• This deposit is fully refundable for cancellations or schedule changes within our cancellation period (see below).
• The remainder of your Coaching fee should be paid in full before your Coaching session begins. We accept cash, or card payment
• If you are paying for your session in instalments via standing order the same conditions as above apply.
• Failure to pay any fees owed to Household Companion Ltd as per our Terms & Conditions can result in legal action being taken against the client if agreements between the client and Household Companion Ltd cannot be made and upheld.

Cancellation Policy

• Household Companion Ltd requires a cancellation notice of
  72 hours for all practical coaching sessions or couple coaching (lasting more than 3 hours).
  48 hours for an therapeutic coaching session.
  24 hours for evening events
  
• We reserve the right to invoice you for the full amount for Services and Coaching if you cancel after these times stated above.
• Services and Coaching cancelled before these times can either be rescheduled or cancelled without loss of deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel any coaching, deposits will remain unaffected and a coaching date rearranged.

Data Protection

• Household Companion Shop is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.

Privacy Policy

• We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis and marketing to operate and improve our technologies and services, it is never sold or passed on without consent.
• You can opt out of receiving communications from us at any time by simple replying to an e-mail with REMOVE as the subject.
• We use cookies and other technologies only where required for our shopping technology to work. Your personal information will never be stored in any cookies generated by our systems.
• We do not hold or store any financial details given in any financial transaction with Household Companion Ltd.

Delivery Security

• You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don't worry.
• You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel which will be kept for the stated number of days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
• If you would like us to re-send your order we will regrettably have to charge you again.
• We will send your order via 1st class recorded delivery and you can expect to receive it within 2-3 postal day from receipt of our order

Returns

• If you unfortunately receive damaged or faulty goods, please return these within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange or suggest an alternative or give you a full refund.

Disclaimer

• All goods sold through this site are sold as ‘novelty goods.’ The vendor, Household Companion Ltd, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
• Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly to those displayed on the website.
• Any tips or suggestions given on this site are not medical recommendations and should never over ride the advice of your medical provider.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site.
